N. ventricosa x maxima & N. "Red Leopard"
N. ventricosa x maxima & N. "Red Leopard"
Nepenthes ventricosa x maxima is a vigorous and forgiving hybrid, that forms somewhat stubby pitchers up to 5" tall when fully mature.
I also have N. "Red Leopard" which are the same cross, but were named "Red Leopard" as a Grex. To explain: Exotica plants had crossed N. ventricosa and N. maxima and named all the offspring of the crossing of those specific two plants N. "Red Leopard".
So all N. "Red Leopard" are N. ventricosa x N. maxima, but not all N. ventricosa x N. maxima are N. "Red Leopard". So please keep the label as you receive it!
The N. "Red Leopard" breeding project by Exotica Plants is discontinued so clones of that specific breeding are very limited, that's why these cost a little more.
Shipped potted in 3.5" square pot.

As recommended by the seller, I purchased two clones of this species. They arrived on time, well-packed, healthy and stunning. This is one of, if not, the best place you can purchase carnivorous plant of any kind. 10/10. Thank you Andrew!!
Plants were large, very healthy, with tons of pitchers and new ones forming. Packaged very well as always. Not much else to say except that FlyTrapShop rocks!!
